The Exit Process
You built your business with a design, not by default. Your exit should be no different.

Discover
During this phase of the process, we go through two steps. Valuing and Assessing. We help you look at all aspects of your business, tangible and intangible and come up with a valuation of your business as it is. We do the same on the personal financial planning side of things.
Prepare
During this phase of the process we walk you through what different exit strategies would look like for you. What particular kind of exit is most appropriate for your business and what are the strengths and weaknesses of each approach. We then help you see at what can be improved upon in your business and on the personal financial side to make sure each area is optimized for an exit.
Decide
At this point, you have clarity on which decision you need to make. Are you at a point for a clear, fruitful exit? Sometimes we find business owners fall in love with their business again and want to continue growing it. The decision is up to you, and we are glad to have served you.
