Discover
During this phase of the process, we go through two steps. Valuing and Assessing. We help you look at all aspects of your business, tangible and intangible and come up with a valuation of your business as it is. We do the same on the personal financial planning side of things.
Prepare
During this phase of the process we guide you through the various exit strategies available, helping you identify which option best aligns with your goals. We evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each approach while introducing value acceleration strategies to enhance business worth. Additionally, we focus on derisking both the business and your personal financial position to ensure all areas are strengthened and well-positioned for a successful exit.
Decide
At this point, you have clarity on which decision you need to make. Are you at a point for a clear, fruitful exit? Sometimes we find business owners fall in love with their business again and want to continue growing it. The decision is up to you, and we are glad to have served you.
